Do leaders ask people not to move if they have a big calling? Or are you saying
people tend to do this on their own, not wanting to no move until they have a less important calling? I just haven't heard of this before is why I ask

It's just that with his new calling - he will be less likely to go elsewhere. It doesn't mean that he can't move
