I'd like to see where I'm at on the following lifts:
Bench
DL
Squat
Front Squat
Clean
Jerk
Snatch
Does it make sense to do all of those in one session? I know I need to give myself a lot of rest between lifts, but should I do those max lifts over the course of week, or can my body do them all in one day? What order would you do?
