I'd suggest you could have probably gotten a higher the second and third lift you maxed when you did multiple
in the same day.

I think your body and mind can handle 2-4 per day, but I advocate for not doing it based on the ability to get a better weight.

The caveat I'd throw out is if you do bench and DL or bench and squat in the same day then that shouldn't be a problem.
