You have to answer positively to both questions and the second question means that you decided to alter the schedule because you are claiming to know better. Waiting because of illness doesn’t fall into that category. That’s totally appropriate. Laziness or difficulty with scheduling also don’t count. Those don’t make you anti-vax. You have to actively change the schedule because of your own research on the topic.
