I believe that the case being made is not not sufficient to force payment for sp
sports. Though value has been added by a sports program. Many scrimp by or take out student loans to pay for college. The one type of debt that can't be forgiven. I agree that a great sports program is great for the school and all who are there. No question that great buildings are funded by active alumni, etc. But, in my opinion, it is NOT the abiding factor as to the value of their education. See Harvard, MIT, etc. I believe that Alumni donations for buildings etc. would still exist. Perhaps I am wrong. that is certainly up for debate though.

POLL: Yay or nay: Every student pays $100-$150 extra every fall semester as part of tuition. That is listed as a “sports fee” but for that the students get a pass to every school sanctioned sporting event.
