Look, I try to be fair to Utah in every way I can be. Believe me, it bugs people around here that I defend Utah often. I’m not a Utah fan but I went to every game last year and I feel the hate from BYU fans toward all things Utah is over the top.

Utah definitely came out flat and stayed flat and was outplayed. But I’m pretty familiar with the players on Utah and they played. There’s no possible way to argue guys were sitting that game. It just didn’t happen. It was rumored Kyle might do it but he didn’t.

In fact, one of the boosters asked him before the game if he planned to sit guys and he said “no way. We have a rivalry game to win”.

That guy you follow on that board might know a lot of stuff. I am not saying he doesn’t. But Kyle did not sit players in the BYU game. On that point, he is definitely wrong.

Utah straight up beat BYU if that makes you appreciate where I’m coming from at all. Injuries hurt BYU but Utah played the whole game with injuries. Utah just found a new gear in the fourth quarter and won it. No excuses. Utah deserves the win.
