In fact, Kalani has already gotten one grad transfer in. Kalani wouldn’t have extended an offer if Williams’s grades and background didn’t check out. No one here knows what is going on, so it’s not fair to speculate about whether Williams is getting in or not.

1-3 exceptions per year should be guaranteed. It's not a big deal. BYU needs athletes to truly gain exposure.
