A degree is a required entrance point in society today
Much like getting a license is to drive or turning 18 is to vote. The real value to craft your future success in the world is small and is shrinking every day. We now see students entering college with more capability and knowledge that’s many of their professors in areas of CS and info sys.

I am not laughing at anyone, don’t be offended, just pointing out how ridiculous it is for BYU to deny a non member who brings value to the school because they are worried about his qualifications. We see more value in graduates of saddleback valley community college than USC or UCLA in the past.

The real value of BYU is providing a place where students can focus on the spiritual as well as the secular, prepare themselves to be future leaders in the world and church and go forth to serve.

Let them in
