Yep, this is just another reason why the original post is nonsense.
The athletic department has processed many grad transfers. The football team has done a bunch, including one already this year. There is a department that assists with these sorts of things, not to mention staff on the football team, whose job it is to know all the rules. And BYU is a place that takes its time making sure every checklist requirement is completed. Smh
