So apparently most grad transfers can transfer with the “one time transfer
Exception” and be in a major that’s offered at their school.
Ty’son Williams has already used his from his first transfer though and so he does need to be in a major not offered at South Carolina.
Don’t take this as 100% fact, but just the pieces I’ve tried to put together reading about it.

It's all on BYU. You don't offer a spot to someone on the roster unless the hurdles are cleared. You don't put up
