If our coaches, who are trained in the graduate transfer lingo, get it wrong even once.
It's their job to review transcripts, know the NCAA rules, and to offer scolarships or not offer scolarships accordingly. I don't think any one coach would offer a scholarship until other coaches and transfer experts also review the application.
If coaches offer scholarships and atheletes are not accepted, then perhaps the rules are a moving target that no one could safely interpret?
A bait and switch scenario shouldn't happen at BYU except in highly unusual circumstances.
