more of the outcomes these other schools experience. There's a reason BYU is the safest campus in the country. Sure, some aspects of the HCO could be improved, and I'm all for that. But we need to be careful not to proverbially throw the baby out with the bathwater. The HC, and by extension having some "teeth" in the HC, is part of what BYU a great place to study.
Also, we need to be careful when we read media reports on BYU and Title 9 and HC issues. Because they don't report statistics like you have about how there may be a negative situation here and there with BYU, but on the whole, a bunch of good that comes from expecting students to live the code.
