Other schools dont have "chastity lines" in apartments. BYU doesnt need that either. Teach adults correct principles and
let them govern themselves and at the very least if they sin allow them to confess to their bishop. Using a dates bathroom or not shaving shouldnt be issues in any world.

Why does BYU need teeth especially when 99% of your students have Temple recommends and EEs from Bishops?

Because there are lots of behavioral issues that are not necessarily "morality" issues that a Bishop would manage. The

I don't want to send my kids to a school that has 5 majors based on pumping different octanes of gas, so safety numbers
