...he's looking for guys who are focused on improving their craft and getting to the next level. He's not wasting time with guys who see their athletic scholarship as a way to get a free education and prepare for their business careers, etc and oh yeah, play some baseball on the weekends. I think this was a problem with the culture on the football team as well under Bronco (starting with him and his disdain for the NFL).
