The Pac looks to be down even more than it usually is. Even a typically boring mediocre but steady Utah team could win
it. And since they're in a P5 they'll get noticed even if they are the same kind of team they've always been. Writers feel the need to include some Pac12 teams in their rankings so Utah is getting some love by default.
