Offensively it was for sure. Utah struggled offensively to
finish drives against Oregon settling for field goals, could not move the ball on BYU in the second half, couldn’t move the ball at all against Washington, and kept giving the ball away to Northwestern after a great first half. I don’t think Utah’s offense will be great this year, but I think they can find some consistency if they are able to stay healthy. That is a big if with Huntley. Kyle’s teams have always relied more heavily on the defense than offense to win games. Hopefully it is a little more balanced this year. I think the punter will be fine, but I worry about the field goal kicker. It would not surprise me if Utah loses a game or two due to bad kicking.
