Offensively, they don't match the talent of those other teams
Defensively, they exceed them.
I think Moss is outstanding and the RB depth behind him is very good. I think Huntley is a more than capable QB. I like our TEs a lot. I think Enis/Thompson/Nacua are quality WRs. I think Covey, if healthy, can be a difference maker but can't be expected to carry the load. Dixon also looked great in the slot last year. The O-line is solid for the starters but lacks some depth. No, this isn't a barn burning offense and it doesn't have the depth to sustain injuries to major players. But if it's a top 6 offense (which it has the talent to achieve that if they stay healthy) and the defense is a #1 or #2 defense, they can win the PAC and go Rose Bowling. That sounds pretty good to me.
