another fundamental flaw and problem with the Paris Accord....
...is that the 2 countries who are the greatest polluters and contributors to environmental issues affecting climate change are China and India. Nothing America could do in 100 yrs could even scratch the surface of the problem those countries pose. So, rather than sign a failed accord we should be focusing on incentivizing China and India (with nearly half the world's population living within their borders) to start cleaning up their act. Then we'd have hope for a change. It's about working smarter and more efficiently.
