Appreciate the feedback...
One other thing on my mind is how long I would be out of work.
I just switched roles and I worry going to my manager and asking for a couple months off a month after I started a new role 🙂
No matter how kind the gesture not sure my work would be happy.

Yeah I don't think I'd seriously consider it if I were in your shoes. I'm not altruistic enough to take that risk

I read somewhere that death isn’t usually an issue, but an increased risk of kidney disease... like 3% of donors
