Completely agree with you
My initial reply was as it pertains to recruiting (and Bartoo’s reasoning), not a talent gap. I will never have that conversation because neither side will ever win.
I could not agree more that recruiting services, while able to give a PROJECTION of ability, does not equate to talent. Anae, Moss and Fotu were all low-80’s ranked players so that argument goes against the narrative that star rating = talent.
Safe to say that both KW and KS are very good at identifying unproven, potential talent and cutting the cord on players who don’t live up to expectation.
