Just because the in-laws apparently went WAY overboard doesn't make Criddle's
approach laudable. To the contrary, there's some hypocrisy mixed in there. If the rumors are true, then Emery treated their daughter horribly, like really horribly, and the responded by going over the top to try to make Emery pay. While I understand how a family could feel that way it still doesn't make the response appropriate. Now, Criddle is taking what the ex's family did and broadcasting it in a very public way that could have a very negative impact on the family. Is that OK? It seems to me like he's essentially doing something very similar to what they did, although I don't think his motivation (something bad happening to a college basketball team he supports) is anywhere near as significant as their motivation. Frankly, I think they're both on the wrong here.
