Eat 1 gram of protein for lb of body weight and try to add weight each week.
Id do sets of 4-6 reps for compound lifts (bench, squat, military press, deadlift, barbell row).

In order to look stronger, you will have to get stronger.

Guys like you that are tall and thin can't get bulky even when they are trying, so I wouldn't worry about that. If you feel you are getting too big, eat less.
