As I mentioned, I don't disagree with some on our staff. IMO, we have some very good assistants already. I'm not a huge fan of our DC or S&C staff however. I'm just saying we don't have to compete with the P5 schools for talented coaches. We just have to find them at lower classification schools. They're out there.

I'm also trying to point out that there are many higher paid assistants that are not all that good.
