Depends on what you mean by hard crackdown
Giving a ticket for one over? No.
Going 5 over but with the flow? No.
There are already things in place that smack down highly dangerous speeds. But I haven’t researched it enough to say one way or the other on whether they are effective.

Yes but so are tons of other things we would never ban so that doesn't really move the discussion forward at all.
