What do you mean by "make sure other diseases won't spread"?

I'm not aware of any other diseases we are trying to prevent that have anything to do with our response to COVID-19. The closest thing to it is that we don't want hospitals over-run, but that's not to prevent the spread of other diseases but, rather, to make sure care for all purposes is not adversely impacted.
