As far as shooting is concerned, I would actually put your bottom 2 as my top 2
At least for now (until proven otherwise):
Barcello: Averaged 9.3 points per game in 30.1 minutes. Shot 49.3% from the field 48.6% from 3. His Free throw percentage (87.9%) also suggests that he is a good shooter.
Harding: 22.6 minutes per game and he now knows how to play at this level. Only averaged 6.1 points per game but there were not a lot of opportunities for him with this roster. Shot 51.8 and 44.2 from the field and 3 point line respectively. He will get more opportunities on this team.
I agree that the other three players have good potential but they have not proven it at this level yet.
