I can't say your evaluation isn't reasonable.
I will say in regards to Haarms though — for a 7'3 guy his athleticism HAS to be considered quite phenomenal. For that size of a guy (with pretty decent length) he has great balance & quickness, & he's also light on his feet & well-coordiated (though his bball skills do show his relative newness to the game). While he's not a tremendous leaper, he gets off his feet very quickly — much like a Gobert.
There's a definite reason why everyone & their dog wanted this guy — despite losing his starting position & much of minutes at Purdue last season.
