So long as D1 isn't confined to Blue Bloods, sure they are.
Those 4 guys all have great measurables. Barcello might not have the height & length to throw it down in game much (at least he's smart enough not to test it often), but his hops are pretty legit. Probably 36+. He's also very quick. As for the other 3 — they all play above the rim in a way that could translate to the NBA. (That's not to say any of them are in any way ready for a shot at the NBA. And size-wise, Barcello & Erickson are a bit sub-par for that level of play. But as athletes both have great measurables.)
