I agree with you and think Lowell will be one of our "go-to" guys in scoring...
...this season. I've posted a couple times that I think we'll have a really balanced scoring team this season, much like Gonzaga was this past year. I think we'll see several guys avg double figures or close to it with several more in the 6-8 pts a game range. I think we'll improve on last season's scoring avg as a team by several pts a game and be up there in the top 5-10 nationally. When I first thought about it I had Lowell as a likely person to lead the team in scoring but now that we've added Haarms I wouldn't be surprised if he did. Also, I think our leading scorer will likely be under 15 pts a game.

I know what you mean about Knell and think he's going to have to work and compete really hard to avoid sliding down the rotation with guys like Johnson and George competing for time at the wing behind Harding. I don't totally judge him by his first year back from a mission though and think we'll see improvement from him in his sophomore year. Even if he's in the rotation as a catch and shoot specialist there's value in that (remember Zac Seljaas' freshman year? a little sizzle off the bench to ignite the offense would be awesome)

As for Wade, I'm optimistic that we'll see big things from him. He reminds me a lot of Johnny Dee from a few years ago with USD. The guy could score off the bounce or could run defenders ragged through a gauntlet of screens and catch and shoot with NBA range. He had some quickness and was tough for defenders to stay with. I don't know where Jesse's confidence is right now (might take some time to cultivate) but he's really eager to play after being out 2 yrs and knows he has to prove himself. I remember he looked really good in the Blue and White scrimmage to begin the 2018 season (the year he had to sit out due to transfer rules) and iirc I think he put up 16 pts on an assortment of dribble moves, pull-up jumpers, catch and shoot, etc.
