Speaking as one who has been moderated a lot...
I'd actually thought the opposite, that I'd been getting suspended and moderated less. I guess I could be wrong about that but that was the overall I feeling I had was that they'd lightened up a bit. I still don't like getting moderated though and probably feel like I didn't deserve it most of the time but everyone probably feels like that.
