It could just be that a certain type of poster is more quick to run to the mods to get the person disagreeing with them silenced. However when the mods are called in they only seem to review the post flagged and not anything else that leads up to it. This could also result in the perceived bias.
I wonder if jefe has done a poll of those who were moderated recently and asked them if they think the moderation was fair or unfair and why or why not. S6
