The defense of moderation decisions "trust us it was bad" Maybe it was, but the
overall direction of the moderation, the most easily offended among us is a standard that guarantees any real, meaningful debate of the issues is bordering non-existent. I've no doubt it's not non-existent in your view, or the more knee-jerk reactionary among the mod crew, but I'd like to see truth be more of an element in mod decisions. I'd guesstimate most every warning or forced amendment to my posts were not only factual, but easily confirmable, verifiable as such. Excluding attempts at humor posts, but even those, didn't come close to PG-13 level material. The fact we're all adults who live in free speech country is something, that if considered in moderation decisions, would allow for CB to be a place where real discussion/debate can occur. Not a board that's so skewed toward Jeff and his mod's opinions, or the easily offended amongst us. Technically, I guess there's a rule against even sharing opinions such as this, enforceable if the take is something you do or don't wanna hear.
