That's ... a weird thing to say. There are lots of things we only do if everyone
is all in. I'll be the first to advocate for such a CB policy, but there are many things we advocate for as a policy that it wouldn't be wise to do on our own until there IS such a policy for everyone to play ball equally.
The way you're attacking is kind of proof of why this needs to be all or nothing on the board on this issue.
