Think the big issue is that they're almost all road games
This last year we had 6 scheduled P5 opponents, but only 2 of those, Michigan State and Mizzou, are at home.
Besides those 2 games, ESPN was getting Utah State, Houston, San Diego St and North Alabama

Now take the new schedules for home games v. the old into consideration. That is what ESPN is paying for.
