As far as the division goes: The media lived life at Defcon 1 for 4+ years, riling up their zombie base about fake scandal over and over again. The media and their gaslit followers being apoplectic for 4 years is NOT a division issue but rather an IQ and fake news detection issue.

So the division we are experiencing today is almost completely due to the insane, media-driven rage of the left and and because they have allowed their ideology to keep moving further left. The ideas of today did not exist in 2008 in the Democrat party. Full-blown communists and anti-Americans like Beto, Bernie, AOC, Talib, Warnock, Omar, et al had no voice back then. Now they are mainstream.

Whereas we on the right haven't changed positions during that time on anything! So the Overton window was hauled down the highway far to the left and the media blames us for this newfound "division." No. This is not a both sides are guilty issue. This is the left/media trying to get power back issue and becoming extreme to do so. And there's no unifying with people whose fundamental belief is founded on the lies of the 1619 Project, Marx, and Rousseau.
