My parents older house in Cottonwood Heights doubled in value

and it's not exactly in one of the nicer neighborhoods there either. After they both passed away it was a rough market,,,still in the midst of the Real Estate Market collapse, so what we sold it for then, compared to what it's listed at now is actually more than double.

Skyline for sure. Very little youth in boundaries. Olympus still has a ton of young families in their area.
