I know I’m a grumpy old man but if a dog runs after me I ask
the owners to leash their dogs. The park requires leashes in the park where I run.
Also, at sugarhouse park, they leash their dogs near the road, just not near the middle of the park. People usually don’t walk through the middle.

He doesn’t want to be anywhere but right next to my wife or kids. He wouldn’t have any interest in your activities
