If individuals can't own rental property that leaves corporations and government

Having the government own all rental property seems to be a recipe for disaster. Allowing only entities to do so also makes the rich richer, no?

To me the key is to scrimp and save to get on the side of those with capital (own the rental property, be a shareholder in the entity that owns them). Won't work for everyone but if you've got the smarts and dedication, I still think this path is open to many.
