How do you know they were investors? I know very few buying right now and if the

are it is to flip which is pretty risky right now. I can't imagine anyone buying a house for cash and renting it out in this market. There may be some with cash to burn but the cash on cash return would be terrible. I know a lot more investors selling right now than buying but could be just what I am seeing.
