This is where patience wins the day...I remember looking for a home in the 2006

to 2008 time period and thinking how crazy it is and that no younger couples will ever be able to buy a home. Yet a year or two later and cheap homes sat on the market for months and months and months. Everything is a cycle...if you aren't in at the right time, save your money and be ready for the next cycle when it comes. It will come.
