Well, my point is that cyclists shouldn't be on the road ... they should have

their own space, when possible of course. But in the busiest places, like 9th east, they should be in off-road, protected bike paths. In lower traffic roads, then they could have bike lanes, and in the lowest traffic roads, like in your neighborhoods, they take the lane.

But a safe place to bike, wherever they are, absolutely.
