Kalani's recruiting philosophies & methods are very diff than Bronco's.

And that goes for the two staffs as well.

Clearly this current staff can teach our ol' staff more than a thing or two about recruiting. And their ability to recruit specifically BYU-compatible players has proven quite a bit better than I anticipated.

Their retention is very high, & their recruiting much more balanced than was that of Bronco & Co.
