Where in Utah? I'm a therapist up in Weber County and can give you some names up in this area if that would be helpful.

You can get an Rx from a nurse practitioner or your physician. Having said that, a psychiatrist will typically be much more thorough in assessing your symptoms and prescribing a medication that is likely to help, as well as deciphering if you need an anxiolytic, antidepressant, or mood stabilizer. It might be worth getting in to your physician to get on something until you can get in with a psychiatrist who can help you more precisely.
