Wonder how many opioid addicts the hospitals have created..
Nurse waking up the patient every 4 hours: “what’s your pain?” Are you sure you’re not in pain”
Patient: “um like 6/10” as he dozes back to sleep
Nurse to doctor at 3 am: “room 691 is still in 6/10 pain”
Cross cover doctor than orders morphine or fentanyl with some oxy available just so you don’t you ever wake them up for such nonsense again
