I call bull. We’re stingy EXCEPT with a cancer diagnosis.

I’ll bet you’re assuming the pharmacy won’t fill scripts when the issue is that the insurance won’t cover it. I can’t tell you how often I get a call from a doctor accusing me of not filling a script when the patient misunderstood the issue. Insurance will not cover doses above 90 MME/day without a PA.

We’re on your side here. (I recognize there are a few pharmacists out there who aren’t, but that’s more of an issue with a person than a profession)
