It’s a combination of things that all start with some bureaucrat’s sister strung
Out on heroin and that guy trying to blame everyone else. That bureaucrat and every other one adds their little encumbrance each adding another level to the process of getting opiates to cancer patients who end up dying in pain.
My response to the first guy and every other: Sorry Buddy. Your negligence in taking opiates shouldn’t impede an end stage cancer patients from getting their pain meds one second later than they want.
