I’d also say for WiFi look into systems with multiple access points that are supported by an Ethernet backbone. There are several, I use UniFi products. I haves smaller yard and have good coverage without extra work. If you have a big yard and want coverage, they have outdoor access points you can put in. Given that you (OP) say you have brick, you definitely should consider putting an access point of the outside depending on how much brick it is.
