A combination of wired and wireless.
1. Wired for all media, gaming, and offices. Especially televisions and gaming consoles.
2. Install a good mesh wireless system connected to your wired backbone.
3. Create an easy to access central wiring closet with a good switch. 16 or 24 ports are not enough. I don’t have 5000 sq ft and have mor devices.
4. Look at Wyze cameras. They are extremely cheap but have very good picture/capabilities. They do require power.
