Then use whichever camera system you like best. Ring. Blink. There are several.
Get a wifi garage door opener. Wifi dead bolt. And wifi sprinkler controller.
Get Google home or echo dots to spread around the house for an intercom and play music.
All of that is easy and wireless. Can be set up in a matter of hours and probably under 1k
