She’s really well behaved but she has lots of activities. We’ve also encouraged quiet hobbies for times when she’s not doing sports.

his only thing that keeps him quiet is when he's watching a show or sleeping.

I don’t think you teach kids to be quiet in Church. They either are or aren’t.
